Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel, none of which are live yet — no
IDs are configured. This page must be accurate before the tags are
switched on, not after: inadequate notice was the actual failure the OAIC
penalised in the 2026 pixel determinations.
This notice describes how personal information is handled on this website, anama.ai. It does not cover the ANAMA platform itself. If you are a client using ANAMA, the handling of your data and your guests' data is governed by your services agreement with us, which is a separate document.
This site is operated by Artist Partners Pty Ltd, ABN 67 683 916 752, trading as Artist Partners. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@artist.partners.
The site has no accounts, no forms and no comment fields. There are three ways information about your visit reaches us or our providers.

Nothing in the second or third row is requested, loaded or stored before you choose. Declining means those scripts are never fetched at all, and you can change your mind at any time on the cookies page.
If you email us using an address on this site, we hold that email in order to reply to you.
If you allow it, Google and Meta record that this browser visited anama.ai so that we can show you ANAMA advertising on their platforms afterwards. That is what retargeting is, and it is why the cookies exist.
We do not upload customer lists, email addresses or phone numbers to either platform, and Meta's advanced matching — which would send hashed contact details — is switched off. What they receive is the visit itself.
You can limit how these platforms use that data with their own controls: Google My Ad Center and Meta ad preferences.
An IP address can often be linked back to a person, so we treat IP addresses as personal information rather than as anonymous data. We say this plainly because the opposite claim is common and wrong.
[HOSTING PROVIDER — Cloudflare, pending #394] serves this site and therefore processes the request data described above. Cloudflare operates a global network, which means a request may be served from, and logged in, a location outside Australia. [CONFIRM: whether a region restriction is available and wanted on the chosen plan, and complete an APP 8 review — see PRIVACY-NOTES.md.]
Google and Meta both process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we send personal information overseas we remain accountable for how it is handled. [CONFIRM: APP 8 review recorded for both Google and Meta before either tag goes live.]
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Write to hello@artist.partners and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information you can complain to us first, and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
