Draft — not for publication. Written against LEGAL.md and not reviewed by a privacy lawyer. It describes Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel, none of which are live yet — no IDs are configured, so no cookie in the table below is currently set. This page must be accurate before the tags are switched on, not after.
Until you choose "Allow", this site sets no cookies and loads no third-party script. If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to see how the site gets used, and Google Ads and the Meta pixel so we can measure our advertising and show you ANAMA ads afterwards on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
Declining is not a preference we record and then ignore. The scripts are never requested.

Remembers whether you allowed or declined, so we do not ask again on every page. Written only once you have chosen, and it holds nothing but that choice. | Until you clear it |
_ga, _ga_… |
Google Analytics | Distinguishes one browser from another and keeps track of a single visit, so page views are not counted twice. | 2 years |
_gcl_au |
Google Ads | Records that you arrived from, or were shown, one of our ads, so Google can attribute the visit and build the audience we advertise to. | 90 days |
_fbp |
Meta | Identifies your browser to Meta so our ads can be measured and so you can be shown ANAMA ads on Facebook and Instagram. | 90 days |
[CONFIRM at publication: cookie names and durations against Google's and Meta's current documentation — both change them from time to time.]
That clears our record of your choice and asks you again. It does not delete cookies Google or Meta have already set — only your browser can do that. Clearing site data for anama.ai in your browser settings removes everything, and you can also limit how the platforms use what they hold through Google My Ad Center and Meta ad preferences.
[DECISION NEEDED: whether to honour GPC as an automatic decline. About six lines of code, and it matters more now that advertising cookies are in scope; see PRIVACY-NOTES.md.]
What the site collects, who else is involved, and where the data goes is set out on the privacy page.
